Why other quotes vary so much
A colonoscopy elsewhere often comes with several separate bills: one from the physician, one from the hospital or surgery center, one from the anesthesia provider and one from the pathology lab. Each is priced on its own, so the total is hard to know in advance.
Where the procedure is done matters too. A hospital setting usually costs more than an outpatient surgery center for the same procedure.

Colonoscopy KC is self-pay only and does not bill insurance. Payment is due one week before your procedure, and financing is available through CareCredit. If you have insurance, a screening colonoscopy can turn into a diagnostic one when a polyp is removed, which can change what you owe. Our price stays the same either way.
